Refund Policy

Please read this policy before you purchase any BrandAnchor service. By completing a purchase or accepting an Order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to it.

01 Invoiced Engagements

For engagements we invoice directly, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Order. If the Order does not say otherwise:

• Before work starts: you may cancel in writing and we will refund any fee you have paid for that Order.
• After work has started or a deliverable has been delivered: fees are not refundable, because the work has been performed.

02 Self-Serve Plans & One-Time Purchases

Self-serve subscriptions and one-time purchases give you immediate access to proprietary analytics, data pipelines and server resources upon activation or delivery. For these purchases we do not offer:

• Refunds for any reason after a subscription has been activated or a one-time deliverable has begun.
• Pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.
• Credits for unused portions of a subscription period.

This policy applies regardless of usage.

03 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time by emailing hello@brandanchor.io, from Billing in the app, or through the manage-subscription link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.

When you cancel:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• No further charges will be made after that date.
• You will retain full access to the service until the end of the paid period.

Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current or prior billing periods.

04 Free Pilots & Trials

A report, pilot or trial provided free of charge involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund. A trial collects no payment card and simply ends at the end of the trial period; nothing converts or charges automatically, and files you published during a trial stay live on your website. If you ask us to stop a pilot we are running for you, we unpublish the files we published through our plugin; files you installed yourself, you remove.

05 Discretionary Exceptions

BrandAnchor reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (for example, a verifiable technical failure on our part that prevented you from accessing the service or receiving a deliverable). Such exceptions do not establish a precedent or obligation to offer refunds in future cases.

To request a discretionary exception, contact hello@brandanchor.io with a description of the circumstances. We will respond within 5 business days.

06 Payment Processing

Self-serve plans are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, invoicing and tax compliance for those purchases. Invoiced engagements are billed directly by BrandAnchor.
