01 About Us

02 Service Description

BrandAnchor provides a full Agency OS, an AI Traffic Beacon, a Client Workspace, and a Deep AEO Threat Report ($349 one-time). The service includes a tracking beacon, a dashboard at app.brandanchor.io, and periodic reports.

03 Subscription & Payment

BrandAnchor is offered as a monthly subscription with multiple tiers (e.g., Basic at $19/month, Starter at $49/month, Pro at $99/month, and Scale at $149/month), billed via Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). By subscribing you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

One-Time Purchases

We also offer one-time purchases, such as the Deep AEO Threat Report ($349 one-time). Delivery of the report is subject to an up to 24-48h SLA. One-time purchases are non-refundable after delivery begins.

04 Free Trial

BrandAnchor may, at its sole discretion, offer subscriptions with a free trial for a limited period. BrandAnchor reserves the right to determine free trial eligibility and to modify or withdraw a free trial offer at any time without notice. If a free trial is offered, no charge is applied during the trial period. At the end of an applicable trial, the subscription converts to the paid plan unless cancelled before the trial expires.

05 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no future charges will be made and you will retain access until that period ends.

All payments are non-refundable. Any exceptions are governed strictly by our separate Refund Policy.

06 Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI traffic data will be 100% accurate or complete.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrandAnchor's liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

09 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
